HAIRSTYLIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE who has gained 4 years experience and has worked her way up to become a senior stylist.  Currently responsible for making appointments by telephone as well as in the salon. Diary management, taking payments and handling cash. Stocktaking and placing orders with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery. Checking deliveries and re-stocking of products. Working in line with Health & Safety procedures.  Previously as a Receptionist, was responsible for appointment making, welcoming clients, assisting with fittings and assisting with ordering stock.  Seeking to change career direction within business administration/insurance.
