ADMINISTRATOR/CLAIMS HANDLER working for a fire and flood restoration company, liaises with the policyholders, insurance companies and loss adjusters to ensure the insurance claim is dealt with effectively and professionally. Role includes arranging appointments with the policy holders, report writing, pricing of claims and invoicing. Gained a significant amount of knowledge and experience on a number of administrative systems (both hard copy and computerised) and admin and clerical procedures. Capable of taking minutes and producing these in the appropriate manner.
