ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNT HANDLER who has worked within the industry for over 1 year. In current role, main responsibilities involve banking cheques, cross examining spreadsheets, replying to clients’ post and providing a professional service to clients and other insurance companies. Advises clients on complicated aspects of their policy, performing mid-term adjustments and advising clients before they make a claim. Her versatility has allowed her to switch between both the administration and telephony. Very accustomed and comfortable at working to regulations and legislation. Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and works well under high volumes of workloads. Consistently gives excellent customer care and service skills and has also gained good experience training new starters and her existing colleagues.
