TEAM LEADER who has gained over 7 years industry experience. Whilst working for present company, after being involved in the recruitment process, then proceeded to aid the opening of a contact centre. This included assisting inexperienced insurance advisors and other team leaders helping the customers through the transfer of their business. Was responsible for overseeing complex cases and various complaints. Once the office was established and more advisors had completed their training programme, was tasked to help within the training team. Was responsible for training up to 20 advisors and Team Leaders per week in personal lines insurance and systems. After the secondment to the training team finished, now manages a team of 8 advisors on the live floor. Seeking a role closer to home.
