CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained almost 2 years industry experience working within a broking environment. Worked as part of a team to meet business and private clients’ demands and needs with responsibility for all the new claims received in the department. Experienced in working to tight deadlines for inputting data into the computer, reporting the claim to the insurer, informing the clients of what action he had taken and the next steps to mitigate their losses. Initially responsible to assist more experienced claims handlers but latterly dealing with own files. Throughout the time spent with the company, received comprehensive apprenticeship weekly training to successfully handle client claims.  IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE. Seeking part time work within claims whilst undertaking full time study.
