Has worked in all aspects of claims management and has a sound knowledge of insurance claims procedures and telecommunication sectors. Particularity enjoys providing high levels of customer service and treating customer fairly. Excels at training & mentoring and presenting training programmes.  Seeking a new challenge.

Applicant Qualifications

Foundation Insurance Test (FIT). Has completed IF1 and IF7 of the Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is currently progressing towards IF9. 5 Customer Service Awards for Outstanding Contributions to Customer Service.
