ACCOUNT HANDLER who has gained over 3 years’ insurance experience. Currently handles the internal servicing of clients' accounts. Takes instructions to deal with necessary adjustments to policies. Completes quarterly declarations and confirms and negotiates renewal terms. Negotiates with insurers on pre-renewals/mid-term reviews and prepares reports for presentation to clients. Comments on policy wordings and suggests improvements to covers. Checks all documentation before issue to clients. Has some minor involvement in new business enquiries. Chases any aged debt or account queries. Deals with day to day queries. Undertakes claims reviews.
