CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER with 10 years insurance experience gained within a brokerage environment.  Currently providing new business quotations over the counter and telephone and handling mid-term adjustments for both motor and household policies.  Is also responsible for arranging appointments and qualifying all financial leads for the branch.  Interested at securing a new challenge.

Applicant Qualifications

Studying for Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII). NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
