TELEMARKETING/SALES MANAGER who has gained extensive experience in customer service, sales and management roles.  Currently heads up a team of 10 Telesales Consultants making sales appointments for the franchise with prospective customers in order to win their business. Responsible for increasing the sales appointments by 40% in year 1. Introducing new marketing campaigns, promoting the department internally to the franchise network, coaching and retraining of the team, introducing new scripts and systems and competitor analysis. Had to ensure that all reports were completed accurately on a monthly basis for the board. Also produced a forecast for the next 6 months and was responsible for setting goals and incentives for the team.
