CLAIMS ADJUSTER who has gained over 5 years industry experience. Currently self-manages a large portfolio of claims for key account clients ensuring all the clients specifications and expectations are met on a daily basis. Handles, investigates and closes all motor claims that have been allocated in accordance with agreed internal service levels, best practice requirements and against policy terms and conditions aligning with the total and/or partial resolution of Third Party needs. Has knowledge of Credit Hire, Total Loss, Key Fraud Indicators, MOJ, Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Bodily Injury.
