Conducted monthly one to one's and performance reviews. Collated manager information and implemented workload plans. Carried out monthly motor claims audits. Identified training needs and offered support and training to less experienced staff members. Overcame objections and effectively explained policy limitations while providing excellent customer service. Acted as a mentor and coach for new starters and a referral point for the team. Handled claims calls and compiled letters to policyholders. Implemented and trained the claims department on third party intervention, which was a brand new process for the company.  Seeking to secure a part time claims handler role.
