SENIOR CASE HANDLER who has gained 2 years experience of dealing with PPI complaints. In current role, collaborates with fellow team members and customers on a daily basis. Maintains a consistent and precise way of working so that can achieve what is expected of him and more. Liaises with customers in regards to insurance complaints and takes ownership of that important duty whilst coming to the correct outcome.  Seeking a challenging role in which he can develop new skills.
