Leads and manages the business support team to provide administrative support to the commercial businesses. Has 12 direct reports and the biggest team size was 30. Leads and manages the online underwriting team in achievement of the online targets and SLA's to support the achievement of the Commercial Business Plan. Reviewed and successfully implemented improvements to the internal operational processes resulting in time saving efficiencies that improved productivity by over 30% for the last two financial years. Currently managing the implementation of the project to outsource internal claims handling to third party providers. Has successfully project managed several key business changes over the last few years most recently the centralisation of the Online support team from Belfast to Leeds. Performance against SLA's has improved by over 10% since this move.
