SENIOR CUSTOMER ADVISER with 8 years experience gained in the insurance sector and previously 4 years within retail. Initially commenced insurance career in a call centre environment handling customers calls in relation to their motor insurance policy. This involved renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations. Has been involved in coaching and call quality monitoring for members of the team. Has recently taken on the role of Complaints Investigator handling dissatisfied customers.  Interested in looking at new ideas in the industry in order to progress career.
