PROPERTY CLAIMS ADJUSTER/COMPLAINTS REPRESENTATIVE who currently compiles storm data for management. Deals with claims up to £50k and deals with payment bordereaux. Reviews any complaints received and looks to resolve these within the informal process. If the complaint moves to the formal process, gathers all relevant information required to assist the Complaints Department with reviewing the complaint. Liaises with clients once a decision has been made on the complaint. Issues redress payments if and when required.
