AN ESTABLISHED MANAGER who inlast role within the industry, was accountable in a lead role in the HR function to manage daily and long term personnel matters for a reputable financial services firm. Key contact and adjudicator of disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes. Was responsible for recruitment and selection processes. Ensured all documentation surrounding interview performance, right to work and candidate information was stored accordingly. Worked with Managers to understand and forecast head count across the group. Ensured talent acquisition campaigns were in place to support operational demands. Developed, co-ordinated and delivered training in various modules and topics.
