OPERATIONS MANAGER with 17 years experience gained within retail banking and consumer credit counselling before entering the general insurance sector in 2011 within a Business Support Team Leading capacity. Managed the office of the networks practice ensuring the practice traded compliantly. In April 2016 moved into an operational management capacity and has direct responsibility for the Business Support Team.
