CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR/CREDIT CONTROL CLERK who has gained several years’ experience of working in the customer service sector.  Currently holds responsibility for specific accounts within the sales ledger. Facilitates a high level of cash flow and minimises levels of overdue debt and works to a deadline. Proactively calls customers for payment of outstanding debts. Maintains supplier files by keeping them complete and up to date. Efficiently and effectively manages accounts to a high standard. Co-ordinates customers' new accounts and closed accounts. Makes sure orders are not placed on overdue accounts.
