ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT who has gained experience within a variety of roles. Main duties include preparing clients' accounts to draft accounts stage from a wide range of different records, including corporation tax calculations. Once prepared, these are passed to an accounts manager for their review, before being returned to him to make any necessary amendments. Also during this time, has performed various other duties for colleagues and clients, as required. Additional responsibilities have included preparing management accounts for clients on a monthly basis, preparing VAT returns where colleagues required assistance with workloads and maintaining clients' administrative information held within the accounts office, such as; scanning old working files, maintaining permanent client information and client relationships. Reconciliation of accounts payments to customers. Seeking a busy role where experience can be used.
Currently studying for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification. AAT Level 4 - Technician.
