PRODUCTS LEADER who has gained 2 years industry experience. Currently working within the life protection team, current role as a Claims Handler involves making and receiving calls with customers or family members on behalf of those who are deceased or have been diagnosed with a life changing illness. This involves managing the claims process from initiation to develop relationships with customers and manage expectations regarding the outcome. Has developed experience to evaluate individual customer needs and adapt own manner to deliver the best service to exceed in the role. Due to the nature of the industry at times managing the relationship with customers can be very challenging. Other responsibilities include leading the new product launch within life insurance, training members of staff, working closely with system designers to maintain programme defects and manage incoming work demands and capacity. Seeking a new exciting opportunity to develop and channel his skill set in the right direction.
