CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE with 18 months general insurance experience gained within a legal services provider with prior experience gained predominantly within the education sector. Has gained experience in handling queries relating to legal, property and motor insurance claims. Also resolves complaints and is involved in the training of new staff.  Interested in looking at new opportunities in the insurance sector.
