CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with 8 years experience gained within a banking environment, with prior experience gained within recruitment and building surveying. Experienced in investigating and resolving customer complaints in line with the Bank and regulatory policies. Communicated with customers by letter and telephone. Previously a freelance building surveyor dealing with stock condition surveys and HHSRS surveys for local housing authorities and housing associations.  IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and keen to secure a new role either full or part-time.

CII Insurance Foundation Certificate IF1 and IF2. BSc in Building Surveying.
