TELEPHONE ADVISER with 9 years customer service and sales experience gained within various disciplines. Experienced in handling incoming calls from customers and making warm calls to customers that have made enquiries. Qualifies and books appointments, together with maintaining and updating field surveyor diaries. Undertakes route planning, booking hotels and creating and sending reports.  Interested in looking at new opportunities to progress career.
