CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST who has gained 4½ years’ experience within financial services, insurance and banking roles.  Has gained extensive customer service experience dealing with a variety of products, ranging from Household Insurance within a broking environment, to equity release within a Financial Advisor. Works as part of a team to ensure they hit their monthly team booking target and is also responsible for hitting own monthly and daily targets which contribute to the team's performance. Previously as a Household Account Handler, provided a service to existing and potential clients in respect of their personal insurance needs. Provided a full broking and re-broking service, including new business quotations, mid-term adjustments and renewals. Seeking an opportunity to return to a general insurance role.
