CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER/LITIGATION EXECUTIVE with 4 years claims experience gained within the travel and motor repair sectors. Experienced in handling litigated claims relating to flight delays, with more recent experience handling motor insurance repair instructions. Liaises with insurance companies and policyholders over the telephone.  Interested in looking at new opportunities to return to handling litigated claims.
