CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained customer services experience within a variety of roles and has worked for over 1 year within the insurance industry. Deals with inbound and outbound customer queries over the telephone. Identifies and logs complaints and feedback and issues. Communicates with third party's insurance companies, garages, different departments, policyholders, third parties and witnesses. Identifies fault, split and non-fault claims and manages them whilst also taking all parties involved into consideration. Identifies potential litigation and recovery opportunities on relevant claims and supports the proactive claims handling by demonstrating adherence to process.
