APPOINTMENT SETTER/ACCOUNT MANAGER with a long term history in sales. Had 18 years’ experience in telesales and account management, dealing with small to medium sized companies and also residential customers within a variety of areas, plus experience with training other staff members. Demonstrated history of working in computer software, private medical, pensions and training. Strong sales professional who is customer focused with a drive to succeed. Experience in sales support, account management, staff training and team leading and skilled in Microsoft Excel, customer service, coaching, sales and business development. Tenacious and results driven individual used to working to targets and KPIs.  Key abilities in business include being a positive, open and confident communicator, building rapport with colleagues and clients, having a constructive approach to complex and difficult situations. Very good at working as part of a team or on own initiative.  A self-motivated and confident individual who is customer focused/target driven and looking for a new challenging role.
