COMPLAINTS MANAGER who has gained extensive experience of delivering results. Is experienced in all aspects of Service Delivery and Operational Management. Has a proven ability to maximise the effectiveness and drive a team to achieve an accepted vision and strategy. Currently manages the team's workloads to ensure no regulatory breaches occur. This is to include new incoming complaints and those already ongoing.
