Working closely with the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible to audit client files, ensure that all procedures have been followed and documentation is in place, ensuring that clients have been given the right information and service. You will report into the Compliance Manager and also meet with various members of the broking/account handling team to make sure any errors are corrected in accordance with FCA guidelines.
Applications are encouraged from candidates with previous general insurance experience ideally within a compliance role, although not essential. You will have good knowledge of the FSA and its workings and knowledge of the insurance market in general. You will possess excellent administration skills, an ability to meet deadlines and good attention to detail as well as being a good team player.
