A new vacancy has arisen for a Customer Services Representative to join our client, a leader in the field of recovery and replacement, based in West Yorkshire. You will play a key role within the Customer Service Team with responsibility for the provision of customer service. You will provide a full incident management service to customers who present a valid claim, ensuring that all customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with the code of practice and procedures. You will collect customer payments and issue mid-term documentation as required, together with providing any necessary assistance to the Fulfilment Team to ensure that agreed service levels and targets are met.
Prospective applicants should ideally have call centre experience from the general insurance sector. You must possess excellent IT skills and have a good level of administration and communication skills. You will have a demonstrable level of literacy and numeracy.
