Job Profile
Major loss adjusting organisation seeks to appoint a highly experienced Operations Manager to head up its UK property adjusting field force. You will ideally be based in London working with the Group Managing Director and the CEO of this division of their business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the property adjusting operation, supervising a national team of home and office-based adjusters who handle a mix of domestic and commercial property risks. You will also be responsible for future strategy as the company looks to grow.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates must have a proven track in a senior operational role within adjusting and the ability to manage your own P&L account. In keeping with a position at this level, you should be A/FCILA qualified, but consideration will be given to unqualified individuals if their experience merits it. You should be confident in your ability and have views as to what would make a successful team. Salary is open to negotiation dependent upon your current circumstances, but a basic salary up to £90-100,000 plus a significant benefits package is easily achievable.
