Job Profile

Our client is a rapidly developing national loss adjusting practice that is now looking to expand its Project Managed Surveying Division through the appointment of a number of additional Building and Quantity Surveyors to project manage a wide variety of high net worth and commercial property losses.  You will be home-based and must be capable of operating on your own initiative without the need for daily supervision.  You will work closely with the national loss adjusting team providing support through all stages of the loss from the initial instruction through to completion.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must essentially be either MRICS or MCIOB qualified and can come from either a quantity or building surveying background but must have experience of working in the insurance claims field with either an insurer or loss adjuster.  You will be home-based and can live anywhere in the UK but must be prepared to travel widely.  Basic salary up to £60,000 plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.
