Head of Sales to have overall responsibility for the development of new and existing business within this legal services organisation. Solution selling via various sources including solicitors, CMC's, Insurers and also seek opportunities to co-ordinate the cross referral business from other Group companies.
Reporting to the line of business head, the role will involve managing the current sales team, undertaking customer visits (England and Wales) and regular HO and regional offices visits, developing a sales strategy to promote the brand across all platforms and the delivery of cross referral targets across the group.
Main duties include:
Effectively meet (and exceed) targets (by managing and leading a high performing sales team, developing new opportunities for growth, coordinating cross referral of sales, maximising sales opportunities, providing market feedback and MI to company leadership, maintenance of business levels and pipeline, proactively generating own sales leads, representing the brand.
Delivering first class customer service.
Ensuring all members of the team comply with all company regulations and procedures.T
aking ownership of own learning and development.Act as lead referral point and carry out team 1-2-1s with regard to performance manager and quality of work etc.

Demonstrable experience and understanding of selling to solicitors, ideally at partner and managing partner level.
Consultative sales and sales management experience ideally from a corporate B2B background.
