FLEET/COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER who has gained 14 years industry experience. Predominantly working in the motor claims sector and has a vast understanding and experience in different aspects of this area. Over the past 5 years, has been managing the day to day operations and account management of the Fleet/Commercial department. Responsible to implement and manage the processes of incidents reported and how they are handled. Managing costs and off road times by implementing strict supplier SLA's and good working relationships with Insurers. Is the first port of call to all referring partners and direct clients.

Completed the First Year of a BA (Hons) in Marketing.
