CHARTERED INSURANCE PRACTITIONER AND QUALIFIED LOSS ADJUSTER who has gained 28 years insurance experience. In last role, carried out loss adjusting duties including being appointed on and handling major and complex loss claims. Dealt with all perils including liability work and worked with policyholders on site to evaluate the claim and detail circumstances for reporting to underwriters. Had delegated authority with select insurers to negotiate, agree and settle claims. Advised customers of the claims process and kept them informed on cases managed from notification to settlement.  Looking for potential opportunities within the freelance adjusting market.

Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (ACILA). Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). Chartered Insurance Practitioner. Certificate of Proficiency. BDMA Insurance Technician. Lloyds Introductory Test. Hons Degree in the Arts 2:1.
