Currently holds responsibility for monitoring advised commercial insurance sales and renewal calls against agreed criteria to ensure that those sales comply with FCA regulations and business processes. Works closely with the other Quality Analysts, Quality Manager and Senior QM to achieve consistency when marking calls.
