RECOVERIES / CREDIT HIRE CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained 9 years industry experience.
With present company, after a none fault incident, provides credit hire vehicles to clients who are unable to afford to independently go out and hire a replacement vehicle for the repair period. Whilst the client is in hire, the hire team monitor the period to make sure that the repairs go ahead without any delays. If there are any delays it is their job to make the third parties insurance company aware.
Is responsible for initially reviewing the payment pack and making sure the third parties insurers have been billed with the correct rates. Currently has a case load of around 275 claims, all of which involve credit hire and some involve credit repairs.
