COMPLAINTS LEADER who has gained extensive industry experience spanning over 17 years within the same organisation. Responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day running of the team and delegation of complaints received via the chief executive, board of directors, MP's, staff complaints and external communications team. Manages and tracks all social media activity for the Group, communicating with customers and managing their enquiries/complaints via social media. Managing all claims and underwriting complaints across general insurance and other products, including Commercial, Marine, PPI, Professional Indemnity and Legal Expenses including Data Protection complaints. Responsibilities include both claims and underwriting complaints. Is interested in looking a new ideas.
