Holds responsibility for delivering high levels of customer service and handling customer complaints in accordance with FSA guidelines on the relevant database. Has built up a professional rapport with both customers and insurance brokers whilst understanding their individual requirements and identifying problems and solutions. Achieving sales for new business whilst understanding the importance of retaining existing customers, and the benefits this has in moving the business forward. Answering telephone calls and processing paper work and also providing guidance and support to less experienced members of the team.
