HEAD OF PERSONAL INJURY & CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE with a proven record of achievement and with experience of advocacy and all types of personal injury work to include RTA’s CICA Claims, EL and PL claims, Holiday claims, Clinical Negligence and Industrial Disease. Capable of running multi-disciplinary teams and cases up to catastrophic injury and fatal.
Applicant Qualifications
LLB (Hons) Law. Law Society’s Post Graduate Final Exam (UWE). Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Associate of the Chartered Management Institute. Certificate in Management (CMI). Certificate in Employment Law (CLT) and Welfare Benefits Certificate (CLT). Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Law (CPIL). Law Society Personal Injury Panel Member.
