CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained experience within a variety of roles, more recently within a leading insurance company. Processes new insurance claims notifications and collects accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim. Guides policyholders through the claims process, contacts trades people from a network of approved professionals and arranges for them to make repairs on the policyholder's property. Monitors the progress of a claim, investigates potentially fraudulent claims. Experienced in building good relationships with all parties involved. Has enjoyed the move into insurance. Keen to progress knowledge. Currently on fixed term contract, looking for permanent work.
