CHARTERED SURVEYOR who has worked for many years in the technical side of the building industry and has gained a wealth of experience. Has had experience in all types of building projects from small domestic extensions to full housing estates, including dilapidations and cyclical maintenance. In most recent position, carried out all aspects of building control from the administration and vetting of submitted plans, inspecting all developments from commencement to completion, ensuring all works conformed to current building regulations, recording all inspections and mentoring the young unqualified surveyors.
Applicant Qualifications
Institute of Building Control Officers (Professional Exam). Chartered Association of Building Engineers. Full Tech. Cert in Building and Building Services. HNC and ONC in Building and Building Services.
