ADMINISTRATOR/GRADUATE who has gained experience within a variety of roles. In last role, acted as the first point of contact for all HR related matters for the whole trust. Dealt with HR and general queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and guidance in line with the Trust's policies and employment law or directed by the HR lead where necessary. Dealt with all recruitment administration from sending out the offer letters, checking all ID, issuing applications, checking professional registrations, occupational health questionnaires, referencing, issuing the contract of employment and arranging inductions and start dates. Maintained staff absence documents and forwarded the information on to the relevant departments. Processed Study Leave claims.  Seeking a career opportunity. Negotiable on salary around £20,000.
