SENIOR MOTOR CLAIMS NEGOTIATOR who has gained 13 years industry experience. Currently responsible for investigating motor claims for and on behalf of Fleet companies and private vehicle insurance. Deals with new and existing claims arranging payments, investigation and or denial, creating savings for the company whenever possible while handling regular work log. Deals and arranges credit hire in line with regulations. Negotiates Payment Packs for settlement with ABI and Non-ABI Insurers. Checks and validates repair costs using industry approved software Audatex and GlassMatix. Completes DVLA and MiD checks. Reviews engineer reports, CCTV and arranges repairs with company approved repairers. Compiles monthly reports for Directors and senior management.
Applicant Qualifications
Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute - DipCII. BSc Degree in Building Surveying. Degree in Construction. Professional Diploma in Management. International Certificate in Risk Management.
