EXPERIENCED SENIOR UNDERWRITING LEADER with 20 years’ experience in various technical underwriting head office roles, across all general insurance areas.  Excellent communication skills at all levels including public speaking and presenting at board level. Has a proven track record in developing and implementing underwriting and business strategy, proposition development and cultures. Proven track record in developing new accounts and achieving profitable growth. Experienced in managing and developing a head office team and implementing technical career development for front line underwriters. Proven track record in strategic planning. Fully conversant with all account management methods and can rapidly assimilate and analyse account MI. Very experienced in technical governance and risk control frameworks. Strong relationship manager with long standing insurer and broker market relationships.

Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.  Chartered Insurer Status.
