CLAIMS INVESTIGATOR who has gained 32 years industry experience, 25 years within an investigative role. Currently deals with the investigation, valuation and negotiation of Motor Liability, Motor Theft, Property Liability, Employers and Public Liability claims. Works from home, receiving claims allocated to him from a centrally allocated support team. Makes contact with the insured, witness and client in order to arrange a mutually convenient appointment, complying with tight service deadlines that are in place, working on behalf of a number of Insurer/Solicitor clients. Has maintained a consistently high productivity throughout the time with all legacy companies, added to achieving strict service levels and producing high quality reports.  Due to redundancy, is seeking an opportunity to use and expand upon experience gained to date.
