EXPERIENCED CONVEYANCER with experience within the legal sector, predominantly in both re-mortgage and sale and purchase. Has a proven track record of handling volume caseloads to strict service level agreements and working in a pressurised environment. Currently runs own caseload of matters from instruction through to registration, whilst also helping his team with technical queries. Caseload includes freehold and leasehold purchases, new builds, unregistered properties, transfers of part and lease extensions. Works on equity release schemes, separate representation matters and direct client instructions.

Applicant Qualifications

ACILEx. ILEX Level 6. ILEX Part 1 (Level 3). B Eng Degree.
