EXPERIENCED BROKER/INSURER RELATIONS MANAGER who has gained almost 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry whilst working for an insurance company, an independent broker and a large broking group. Currently manages the new business function within the head office along with another office.  Reports to the Managing Director but regularly has progress meetings and updates the Managing Director of the parent broking group who is responsible for all the businesses within the group.  Devises, implements and embeds the new business strategy within the business and raises the new business profile within the company as well as within the group. Embeds and manages the new business and existing business broking strategy across the business and aligns this to group strategy. Embeds and manages the new business and existing business market placement strategy across the business and aligns this to group strategy. Is a key referral point for all brokers for new and existing business cases.
