OPERATIONS MANAGER who has gained 29 years insurance industry experience specialising in Operational Efficiency, Customer Service Delivery and People Management.  Has a proven track record of managing general HR and acting as a point of escalation for all operational matters. Experience of managing stakeholders and reporting at MD level. Exceptional leadership and people management experience. Strong skills in process reviews, development and implementation, coaching, and planning. Excellent communication with a proven track record in the ability to engage and motivate team managers across multi-functional, multi-sited teams to deliver optimum performance, promoting high employee engagement. A strong operational background and working experience of delivering excellent customer service, initiating new strategies, building new teams and successfully implementing change. Ability to manage deadlines through to delivery. A tenacious and results driven individual with a desire to succeed.
