CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE with over 10 years post qualification experience in litigation. Currently working within the litigated claims department of a specialist personal injury firm representing claimants.

Has extensive experience in pursuing employer’s liability and public liability claims. Also has past experience defending personal injury claims within the insurance sector. In her previous role within the insurance sector, undertook loss adjusting work including undertaking site visits to carry out accident investigations and obtaining witness statements.

Has a detailed knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and is fully versed in health and safety regulations.

Applicant Qualifications

Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute - DipCII. Insurance Certificate of Proficiency. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law (CILEX). Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law.
